Bathhouse Sauna
Aufguss transforms the sauna into a guided, multisensory wellness experience. Led by our Sauna Masters, each 15-minute ceremony layers heat, aromatic steam, music, and rhythmic towel movement to create waves of intensity, energy, and release.

More than simply sitting in the sauna, Aufguss is an immersive ritual designed to heighten the senses, encourage presence, and create a powerful shared experience.
