Do I have access to the pools if I book a Spa treatment?

A:

Yes, as long as the treatment is at least 60 minutes. Access is single-entry, meaning theguest can choose to soak prior to or following their spa service. Eligible spa guests arewelcome to check-in as early as 9 am the day of the spa treatment for access to the hotsprings pools prior to their service or are welcome to soak after their treatments until 10p.m.; pools shall be cleared at 9:30 p.m. Spa guests will also be provided with a robe,towel, and locker.

Are day passes available?

Yes, you can purchase them on our website. There are variations in price for weekday vs weekend, and for children, seniors, and military/first responders.

The resort’s rooms are pet friendly; however, pets are not allowed in the pool areas. Thepet fee is $125 per stay.

We hygenically manage all geothermal waters to maintain the integrity and natural flowthrough; no additives are needed. For the Roman Spa, adults-only, family friendly andHistoric Bathhouse water, minimal chlorination is used to ensure compliance with statestandards.

At your own discretion. Geothermal water has a tendency to tarnish jewelry; therefore,it’s not recommended. Tarnish can be removed with polish or by a professional jeweler.

The resort features more than 50 pools and water features, and 174 rooms ranging fromcozy comfort to suites with private soaking tubs. Guests can choose from historic lodgeslike the Stone Lodge, Monterrey, and California buildings, or opt for the Hillside Suiteswith private pool access.

Yes, the resort offers dining destinations with California-based cuisine. In 2024, thesignature restaurant Talia Kitchen will open, offering locally sourced, high-vibe wholefoods. One dog under 60 pounds is allowed. A $125 pet fee per stay will be added to thereservation. One additional dog is allowed for an additional $25. No other pets areallowed.
