Cancellation terms and allowable attrition percentages are outlined in your group contract and vary based on program size and timing. Your Sales Manager will review these in detail during contracting.

Basic AV (screen, projector, microphones) is available for most meeting spaces. Additional production needs can be coordinated in advance.

All catering must be provided by Murrieta Hot Springs Resort. Our culinary team can accommodate dietary restrictions and create customized menus upon request.

Private buyouts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and impact to regular business hours. Typically, a food & beverage minimum applies rather than a flat rental fee.

Food & beverage minimums vary based on space, time of year, and outlet buyouts. Our Sales team will structure a minimum that aligns with your guest count and program needs.

We comfortably host retreats ranging from 10 to 200 guests.
For overnight programs, we can accommodate larger groups depending on room block needs and meeting space configuration.

You may notice a cloudy substance floating in our waters and settling on the bottom of our pools. This is called Tufa—it’s the collection of unfiltered minerals found in our water. Tufa is safe to touch and demonstrates the unique chemistry and minerals that make our healing water so unique! Plus, it’s excellent for softening skin and gives the body a natural glow.

Hotel guests and hot spring members may use the fitness center.

No outside food or drink is allowed (except for water).  If you’re looking for something yummy to spruce up a celebration, we have you covered! From poolside drinks and snacks to delicious and nourishing meals that will have you feeling re-energized after soaking, you’re sure to find something to enjoy.

Lockers and robes are not included with a day pass, but both are available to rent for the day. There are two options: $13 for a small locker and $15 for a large locker. You may rent a robe for $19.99.  (Psst, lockers and robes are included with a spa treatment. You can soak all day, too!) Locker rooms close at 9pm  (10/pm after 4/4/26) . Please gather your belongings before then.

Each person wanting to purchase a Day Pass with the local rate must have a government-issued ID with a valid address and is for individual use only.

It’s recommended to bring flip flops, sunscreen, a water bottle, sunglass and a hat. You may bring a towel as well (two are included in a day pass). Don’t worry about forgetting anything, the Bathhouse has all the above and more available to purchase!

You don’t have to arrive at 9 a.m., but we recommend it so you can soak in the rejuvenate benefits to the fullest! Please note that guests cannot check in past 9pm.

All of our dining options are family-friendly with the exception of Guenther’s Lounge.

These carefully designed non-alcoholic beverages utilize house-made syrups and freshly pressed juices, allowing everyone to savor the presentation of a beautiful libation without the effects of alcohol.

Additionally, our zero-proof selection includes non-alcoholic beers, wines, and spirits for those who prefer an alcohol-free experience that closely mimics the taste and feel of traditional alcoholic beverages.

Although our kitchen is not gluten-free, we offer a variety of menu items that do not contain gluten. When informed of a gluten-sensitive guest, our team will take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination. However, given the presence of gluten in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free conditions despite our best efforts.

We have hot spring Memberships. There are different membership options for adults, children, and locals. A limited hot spring soaking membership is available alongside unlimited soaking that’s available seven days a week.

To make the most of your wellness class experience, we recommend:

• Dry comfortable, breathable attire suitable for movement
• A swimsuit if your class involves water activities
• A water bottle to stay hydrated

Remember, our classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming to all guests. Simply come as you are, ready to embrace renewal and Vitality.

As an overnight guest, you can sign up for wellness activities here. If a class is sold out, inquire with the front desk the day of the activity or show up as a stand-by as we often have extra spots when people do not show up for the activity the signed up for.

For day pass and overnight guests, you can partake in our daily Gratitude Ceremony at 4 P.M. as we pause to connect with our geothermal waters and pay homage to the relaxation and health benefits it provides. We take a moment of mindfulness and remember what we’re thankful for. Then, we write our gratitude on water-dissolvable paper and place it in a jar filled with our geothermal water to intertwine our appreciation for the water and what’s in our hearts. Plus, the jar is a keepsake for you to take home!

In addition to the Gratitude Ceremony, day pass guests can partake in a Guided Vitality Plunge daily from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. You’ll be able to experience all the benefits of contrast bathing with guidance from one of our Wellness Instructors!

While we used to have mud baths on property more than 100 years ago, today we have a special Clay Experience where you can detoxify and enhance your skin. Just slather it on your body and relax while it dries—then wash it off with our geothermal showers. Our unique blend of geothermal mineral water and bentonite clay from the Mojave Desert will leave you feeling revitalized.

Yes! Our spa services compliment the healing benefits of our geothermal waters. To fully rejuvenate, you are provided a with soaking access from 9am to 10pm. Access is single-entry, meaning the guest can choose to soak prior to or following their spa service. Eligible spa guests are welcome to check-in as early as 9 am the day of the spa treatment for access to the hot springs pools prior to their service or are welcome to soak after their treatments until 10p.m.; pools shall be cleared at 9:30 p.m. This also includes our adult-only amenities (indoor bathhall, panoramic cedar sauna, Kneipp & Reflexology Walk). You’ll  be provided with a towel, robe and locker. Lockers are located inside the Bathhouse.

We do! Showers are available in the Bathhouse locker rooms and the fitness center restrooms. There’s also showers along the beach for washing off mud and in the adult-only Bathhall.

We have more than 20 pools with pure geothermal water that are hygienically managed to maintain the integrity and natural flowthrough; no additives are needed. For the Roman Spa, adults-only, family friendly and Historic Bathhouse water, chlorination is used to ensure compliance with the state’s standards.

At your own discretion. Geothermal water has a tendency to tarnish jewelry; therefore, it’s not recommended. Tarnish can be removed with polish or by a professional jeweler.

Hot spring access is available to overnight guests, members, and guests with a Day Pass or Spa reservation.

Mostly, yes! Each pool varies in temperature and can range from around 50° to 104°+ Fahrenheit. Each pool is measured every two hours, and the temperature is posted so you can see before getting in. Except for the Blue Lagoon, Oasis, Roman Spa, Vitality Plunge and indoor bathhall, all pools are 100% all-natural, geothermal spring water that is found on property.

Pack your swimsuit, a couple of towels, flip-flops, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your visit. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat! You might want to bring a cozy robe or cover-up for moving between pools. Don’t worry about forgetting anything, the Bathhouse has all the above and more available to purchase!

The resort currently has 150 active rooms, ranging from cozy comfort rooms to suites with private soaking tubs. Guests can choose from historic lodges such as the Stone Lodge, Monterrey, Lakeside, Harmony, Spring, and the Hillside Suites with private pool access. Each building offers its own unique charm and amenities to suit different guest preferences.

Contrast Bathing is an ancient healing practice that combines our mineral-rich hot springs with invigorating cold plunges to enhance your body’s natural Vitality, such as sore muscle recovery, rebuilding the immune system, increased circulation and reduced inflammation.

The Kneipp Walk inside of our adult-only bathhall is another way to experiences the healing properties of the geothermal water, by walking through a series of warm and cold water to improve circulation and aid in bodily recovery.
